Pet CPR & Firat Aid Class Pre-Registration Pre-Registration is required for the Pet CPR & First Aid class. To pre-register simply complete and print the class application, enclose your check for the class fee made out to HiDOC and mail to: HiDOC, PO Box 2901, Lancaster, CA 93539. Please mail your application early so we have time to receive it prior to the class.. This class is limited to 10 students.Participation will be determined by the earliest postmark. If you open the class application in Adobe Acrobat Reader you can digitally sign it and email it to HiDOC@hotmail.com. You can also pay your class fees using PayPal or credit card. (PayPal account not required.)
